Again you should be playing with 100bb stack.
Then you should bet yourself on the flop.. Why did you check?
And then why do you donk turn very small?
As played you should just call that shove imo. Villain doesn't have KK or AA because he would have 3bet pre flop.

You played this hand weirdly and put yourself in a difficult position.

I cheked in itention to call flop and donk turn.
I donked soo small because I wanted to make him bluff or something. But BTN shoves.
Soo basicly I should lead flop. Continue on turn and call all in if needed?

You should bet flop and bet turn and then depending on board and villains decide what to do if someone raises.
This is multiway pot and there is too big a risk that everyone checks behind so you have to bet. You have to protect your hand :)

With your hand you should be betting flop and turn at least.
You have initiative. Use it.

Play straightforward poker. That is, bet and raise with good hands, check and fold the bad ones. The time for shucking and jiving (how and when) comes later.

I was thinking more in terms of routine. I am shucking and jiving even in freerolls:D, but the basic play is bet for value - regardless of level. Players constantly getting that wrong can't win at higher levels, but perhaps at lower levels. It is another matter that some shucking and jiving becomes absolutely necessary at some point, maybe NL50. But it must remain the exceptions rather than the rule.
