As played on this river I raise.. I don't see anyone at NL 2 NOT slow playing a nut flush, I expect to get called by flopped Q and T high flushes a lot, his bet is so small too, I don't see how it can ever be the nut flush. He also only calls preflop which indicates he just isn't gonna have the A of spade here much and highly doubt he raised the flop with naked As seeing as even though sample size is small he looks like a fish and I would play it like you did except shove river and expect to get called by worse a lot more than I would see the As against this type of player.
