No need to bet bigger on turn. You made it over 1/2.
The straight got there and the backdoor flush too on river. Top 2p is a hand you cannot fold just like that but this may be one of the rare cases...
If you call, make a note.

Gross spot for sure. He could also have KQ or AQ that he played wierdly, but i don't see them raising often as my line looks pretty strong here. Doesn't look like im folding here in his view i would think. He showed up with A3 of spades.

Turn sizing is ok.
River completes some draws and I think it is better to check and call a reasonable size bet from villain.
As played I would call, you have 14BB left and there is a chance that villain does this as a bluff or with weaker hands.

AQ and KQ are possible but unlikely since he should cbet those OTF. It is weird that he skipped cbet with his top pair here. You should take a note.

i like as played, including sizes, but with folding river. don't like x/c r, these kinds of check/calls are mostly pretty much a negative freeroll as i don't see what villain is bluffing after xbh flop and you don't get to choose size against KQ.
villain's play is very standard

Why not bet flop? as played i would have x/c river indeed, when raised there aren't much hands that raise this river. At least no KQ hands are raising this river normally at these stakes.

Villain is pre flop aggressor. It is standard to check to him. We don't have to donk here.

We have a strong hand but this doesn't mean we should start donking.

Donking is fun. It makes people think I am a fish. This is okay because I am a fish:f_biggrin:

Seriously, I can't fault the actual play. I can't fault folding river either.
