we are indeed missing some StrategyPoints from PokerStars but only for 20/03. For the other days, the points have been updated. The missing points should be granted in the near future.

Hey Avskum,

If you believe the SP delay is costing you a status upgrade, then please open a ticket with our customer support team.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

They will let you know what screenshots you need to provide so they can manually upgrade you.

@adasko99, as for the screenshots, please provide a link to a screenshot showing your earned VPP in March (after uploading it to any hosting service, e.g imgsafe.org).

Thanks for your patience. Together with PokerStars we're working on solving this problem, hopefully soon the points will be updated.

I know this sucks and that you've been waiting for a while. StrategyPoints are still not being updated due to technical reasons that take some time to solve but I can ensure you that we are on it together with PokerStars. It is in our best interest to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

In case your status on PokerStrategy.com has been affected by the lack of points (i.e. you deserve a higher status due to the rake generated), please contact our support (scroll to the bottom). In the message, please include a link to the screenshot that shows your VPPs earned in March.

Same problem 0 points in April. About March, i guess i got some points after 20.03 but not sure. Hope everything will be ok. Good luck with solving the problem.

Yes Mynthon333, the problem still persists. We do have some data for a couple of days after March 20th but generally the data is missing. We're on it and thanks for your understanding.

Hi guys, I am happy to announce that finally the Points are in:
- for March the SP for PokerStars (all markets) are already in
- Bonus points and April will follow tonight, together with status updates
