I can understand the flop bet somehow. Villain might have bluff 3bet and now he is playing fit or fold, maybe. But still this hand doesn't need very much protection and I would check behind.

When he checks flop i think he have lower pairs 99 TT 77 or AK maybe, i bet for value, i think those hands will often call there. I expect AA KK QQ to bet there usualy.

TT,99 are overpairs to the board, 77 makes OESD - he will cbet them here.

Hi There

This is how I would play the hand out aswell.
Pre is fine.
OTF Villain checks and you have a value hand so a 1/2 pot bet is fine.
If he had a hand like 77,99,TT he's cbetting himself for protection.
But when check raised he's doing this with very little bluffs if any.
Fold and move on to the next hand.

Imo villain should not 3bet 99,77,TT and when he check raises here I'm not sure what he reps. It might be something stupid. TT+ still most likely imo, or AK because AK is strong.. Who know what he is thinking. If he did 3bet MP with 88,66,55 then good for him.

Yeah have to agree. From the BB Villain is 3betting KK+ here maybe AK too or else high SCs if he balances his range which I doubt.

Villain is unknown and we cannot say for sure if he has them or he hasn't. Vs standard unknown I think he won't 3b them preflop.

That is why the weight of those hands should be lower when we are estimating his range.

AK - for sure, and AA, KK, QQ if he wants to be tricky.
AK he may xc. AA, KK, QQ - he may xr...

I will exclude them . If he has them and we see this - we should make a note and have this in mind next time.

There are two ways of playing the hand. The easy one is to bet small as played (this is the easy way), and you could check behind, trying to get more information that way, or induce a bluff. The latter is the hard way. I am certainly not going to try to guess for you what he holds if he comes out firing on the turn. I much prefer betting because every card except maybe 2♣: can give him equity enough to bet legitimately. (Yes, there is also reason to protect a "barely" overpair on a straighty board.)

You could say that a player knowing his limitations (sometimes me) should bet, while a player confident to be able to read the meaning of a possible next bet could check.
