No reads of stats on villains. What would you have done?

The Hand

4 player table
Hero CO: K:c K:h

Hero bets, BU calls, SB folds, BB calls

Flop: 6:h 4:c 8:s
BB checks, Hero bets, BU raises, BB calls, Hero 3-bets, BU capps, BB calls, Hero calls

Turn: Q:d
BB checks, Hero checks, BU bets, BB calls, Hero calls

River: A:h
BB checks, Hero checks, BU bets, BB calls, Hero ??

Maybe I should have raised the Turn, however in a MWP vs a F cap I was scared I was up against a set or flopped straight.
The River is not good, would i have been a lower card I would have called, now I do not know.

Should I have played this more agressive?

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

you didnt say anything about pot size, bet size:) or i missed something?
only BU show some stranght and i would put him in polarized range.3-c bet from him on flop like this means set or zipo, but if he hit set i thinkk he wouldnt bet all the way ,especialy when you show that you have somthing.
reraise after flop would tell you much more, and wait with KK that A shows i dont think it is good idea ever
please tell me what you think about my answer
p.s sorry for my english

I play fixed limit, that is why I didnt post betsize/potsize.

Did you look at it as a FL hand?

Hero gets 10 to 1 on the river, which is an easy call. I wouldn't raise and start a new betting round.
On the turn the pot is 6bb. You cann't in this situation push someone out the hand with a X/R. If the BB X/R Hero might 3-betted to put pressure on the button. With an overpair you don't want to build a big pot.

The big blind I would mark as a weak player since he is so passive with a hand to call 2 bets on the flop and no aggression on the turn.

Pot size is a good idea to include in posts. I know how to calculate it (count bets:D), but I can't count very far myself.

Pot odds and the fact that we are potentially OVERCALLING here are imperative. It is certainly not an easy call versus competent opposition. Getting 10:1 versus competent players, I'd fold.

It is just a crappy spot... I don't really see how (if he is competent) the BU could have anything other than a completely overplayed hand or a set. His preflop coldcall is strange, most competent players wouldn't do this, they would 3b or fold. Maybe he is coldcalling small PP or SC or suited Ax kind of hands...
In which case his action on the F would suggest a set, since he continues on the T (and R) vs 2 players. If he is a overagressive fish he could be doing this with TT-AA (trappy play PF) or an 8x hand which he vastly overplays.

The BB might have something like 79s, but he wouldn't call the River with that hand, he could have 46,84 or 86 and initially wanted to x/c F and x/r T but got scared by the action on the flop.
Or he could have anything if he is a callingstation fish, then he could also be doing this with 44-AA (pot. trappy play PF) or an 4x,6x,8x hand however he'd have to be a whale to call this with those hands...

All in all I think I will have to fold here on the River. Vs 1 villain I might have to call here, but overcalling I think makes this unprofitable. For me to win this hand 10% of the time I need to be playing vs 2 fish one a callingstation with nothing (and if he is he probably would have hit the A with a hand like A4,A6 or A8) and the BU who overplayed his Draw or TP completely vs 2 villains.
Which I don't see happening 10% of the time. And even if it did (on these stakes) It will prob. not be profitable when I move up

Hands of the villains btw:

Spoiler

BU: 8:c 7:s and BB: A:d 7:c

I agree with you, I don't think that you should raise the turn because of the flop cap. The villians can easily have a set or a QQ+ hand played very bad...... River is tight but I guess I fold is not bad against a possible A of villians.

It is not really a standard spot to have, I might build a gameplan for it... just to see how I should have played it, and to practise building them :f_ugly:

Here is a piece of good advice: When playing opponents if this kind, don't try to figure out what they hold and what they are doing. Don't even put them on a range, (except you know it is wide). You simply can't. Concentrate instead of your hand, the board, and the action. You can't go much wrong that way.
