how you play TPTK here? passivly or raising some street?
What about river? J is not good card....

But even if his range looks like this (its unlikely with nuts he probaby betting bigger turn/river):

Equity
CO 30.56% AsKd
BU 69.44% AA, TT, 66, ATs+, KQs, ATo+

we still have profitable call

I wouldn't raise with TPTK on any street. I think it is better to just x/c as you did.
Villain seems to barrel turn and river quite often.
You checked that we still have a profitable call, so calling would be correct here.

Agree with the above but still I prefer 3b preflop.

According to Weasel ranges for the walkthrough series, this is not a 3bet COvsMP.

So what. MP is opening 25% and I like to 3b here.

I dont think we should give too much weight to his rfi on mp, because sample size will be quite low.

Well, I know that but still prefer to 3b.

if the vilain have a RFI > 16% is a profitable 3bet/push with AK and QQ. In this case i prefer 3 bet in close situations because the sb is a fish and AK play better in a HU pot.

You only focus on RFI?

villian RFI MP > 16
fold to 3bet MP 90
4bet range 1

You still want to 3bet/push with AK,QQ?

i would prefer the 3 bet preflop to maybe isolate that player since you have 2 100bbs stacks and 1 40bbs behind but as played it was good .

Well, you did not reveal this additional info...
It matters who will play behind you.

yep because you dont have hands enough to 3bet and 4 bet stats, and 3bet this kind of hand open the possibility to you bluff more hands too,
if you only 3 bet AA and KK in this spot u can only have more or less 12 bluff combos, for me this number is too low because u will defend your position the most part of time calling and open the door to squeezers and dont exploit your position + fold equity properly.
3bet AK QQ+ is my default value 3 bet range vs MP open, because you dont have hands enough to exploit the villian tendencies, i just take my default game plain.
