How often do we want to bet OTR in such situations?

I would always Cbet on the flop with AQo . I expect he will fold often here and you have still outs to hit your straight. As played I would check the turn as well. It’s difficult to represent something after your check on the flop and the T is a blank here as well.

The river is a check back for sure with only A high. I don’t think he will fold to often better hands here and you have still showdown value against his missed draws.
