When you call the flop raise, on what hands do you plan to call on turn?

Are you guys misreading the board? There is no check raise, hero doesn't call any raise. Hero is the one raising.

So you face a donk, then you raise, which I don't like.
I would just call OTF and then decide OTT.

Why don't you like raising this Flop?
I mean, it's so wet and many many draws want to buy a cheap Turn.

With raising you isolate yourself vs better hands only.

Fish might donk with a draw or weaker hit indeed but he also has sets and 2 pair in his range. By raising you will mostly isolate yourself against those stronger hands. He might also be inducing you to raise his donk. Our hand is just not strong enough to be raised.

As you can see here. Villain called your almost 4x raise OTF and then he donks turn again. Why? Because when you raised, you made sure that his range is only sets and 2 pair.

Calling down on blanks would be my default play against regs. Depending on the betsizes later I might find a fold on T,Q, K and a club turn/river.

This donk size on this texture suggests a weaker player, presumably fish. Raising vs a fishy player is not as bad as the above posts suggets. All Jx, flush and straight draws will continue. So, i like raising here.

Turn is tricky and imporves some holdings with KcXc and KJ. Still a call for me for less than 1/2 pot bet.

This is a situation to play a small pot. Qualitative arguments for raising vs fish are qualitatively fine. Arguments for not raising are fine too. They win for me.

I agree, it looks like flush draw, his flop bet is small.

On the low stakes people donk flop with all kind of stuff and as mentioned before with your raise you basically hope to play against a weak player who pays you off with a draw or a weak pair while you isolate yourself against stronger hands if you're up against a reg. Turn bet might still be a strange block bet as it is only 50%
I think calling down is the best option, folding only if the board gets too ugly or if he's making it too expensive.
Also I think he might have a wider range as he is playing from BB. (I would give him more like 66-JJ, 45s-QJs (pairs+fd or QJ even w/o fd), Acxc, AJ, KJ maybe even something like J8s.) After you raise he will fold most of his weaker hands, although I think the range you gave him might still be a bit too strong. especially on this limit where people tend to call too much (like TPWK or weak draws).

OTF was a call for me. I understand the donk principle but I would that do with lower equity hands (SDs or FDs) that have chance to improve significantly. Call 2 streets max here IMO.
