JCSeerup that's a good point, thanks for the advice. I've also took a look at Leak Buster and I found there that my SB and BB Reraise Steal is pretty weak.

My RFI is basically like: EP: 8, MP: 11, CO: 34, BTN: 55, SB; 43

My Flop CBet success is 50%, however I've seen somewhere on 2+2 that it should be around 40-45%

WEEK 7. RESULTS

A little bit summer to everyone, especially for canadians since it's still winter here.
I've made this pic during really hot day on Haeundae beach in Busan, Korea. Look forward to going there again)

What's up guys!

Here is weekly update of my bankroll challenge. Again, this week I moved a bit closer to my goal.
Actually I was thinking to move at NL5 (in May according to my plan) once I reach $130 bankroll. However, I decided not to hurry up and stay at NL2 till next month since April is gonna be incredibly busy for me. That was the reason why I added like 3 tables btw, to play same amount of hands in shorter period.
:spade: Start/End: Mar 28 - Apr 3
:spade: Hands played: 4,874
:spade: Profit: $7.40
:spade: Current Bankroll: $130.92
:spade: Challenge goal: $1,000
:spade: Bankroll at the start: $94

Good luck everyone and thanks for reading! ;)

WEEK 8. RESULTS

One more time-lapse experience from downtown Toronto at night

What's up guys!

So here is my update of week 8 of my bankroll challenge. Things were not that good for me, yet could be worse (if I continued playing : )). Unfortunately, didn't have much time to play, but had feeling of duty, so I added 3 more tables and screwed most of times. Just at the end of my second session decided to make a break and not suffer my bankroll. It was perfect example for me that it's better not to sit at the tables (especially not to open more ones than usually) when I don't have much time for that. In rushing pace I was not able to play my A-game since a lot of decisions I still need to automate.
:spade: Start/End: Apr 4 - Apr 10
:spade: Hands played: 2,183
:spade: Loss: $8.71
:spade: Current Bankroll: $122.21
:spade: Challenge goal: $1,000
:spade: Bankroll at the start: $94

Hope you guys are doing well and enjoying at your tables! Best of luck : )

nah, it is 600km from here (Gibraltar) and a really annoying drive (i am more used to German highways). I've just been there once in February for a long weekend.

Yeah I am German but moved here for the job at PokerStrategy

How is it going? 2 Stacks profit this week - if it is simply keeping that it will be a nice income once you reach nice stakes :-)

Hey SvenBe! It's going very good, much better than yesterday : )

Thanks! I remember a story happened to me, year ago when I was the ultimate fish. Maximum what I knew about poker at that moment were its rules. I had full-time job (not badly paid), but one day playing poker on just 1 table and being incredibly lucky, I made like 10x of my bankroll within 1 day on NL2->NL5->NL10->NL20. I moved to the upper limits just once I doubled my stack.

The thing is that I started to think that I already can get constant profit from poker and thought to make it my the only income. So after I started to read articles about how much successful players earn from playing at the beginning, in what way they do this, how much people quit their jobs to play poker and lose everything and about all those fairly small (I thought at that moment) bb/100 in win rates, odds and other stuff which I had no idea about. All my wishes were just ruined within one evening. Since that time I treat poker more realistically rather than optimistically : )

Anyway, finally I'm back here since I've passed the last exam from my post-graduate program on Thursday and whole the day yesterday I was sleeping after I drunk like around 0.7l of sweden vodka)) Today will be my first poker session of this ending week!))
