I guess 3bet pre flop would have been better.
As played, is the line ok? I dont like check OTF, want to know where i am standing against 3 opp ( i guess 3bet pre would kinda solve this question).
Its very unlikely that villain(unknown) have 4, i think more likely some Qx combos, 55+
In game i thought he had KQ.

3bet pre-flop is an option if you think OR is calling wide and not 4betting too light. But you gotta have in mind that if you get 4bet u gotta fold your AQo as I doubt this field is shoving worse this early in the tournament. As standard play I just call pre.

As played I think the best line is to check/call OTF and OTT and then decide OTR . When you lead 3 streets, specially being on the BB its quite hard for the OR to calldown with worse than TPTK

+1, but don't post the outcome of the hand or put them in a spoiler next time. If we know this it could influense the feedback what you get.

I wouldn't 3bet pre with those deep stacks early on in a tourny, best to see a cheap flop and go from there
I'd definitely be c/c flop & turn, if he shoved the river then I guess I'd make a crying fold, but the river decision would come down to how he had been playing and if you had any reads
