What calls preflop and raises post flop on this board:
- Qx 9x 77,88,99,TT FD, SD, Ax as a bluf, maybe 7x, QQ+ will prob 3b preflop.
of this I'm dead vs 77,99 and Qx the rest I beat.

I was a bit doubtful on the Turn, his potential 7x and FD arrive. the R I have to call after I call the T.

Turn is ok but I am a bit in doubt about the river, the call is probably right but you might think about a fold there.

As you said he might have a Q there and then you full house is not enough.
