Zoom KQo multi way trips vs river raise

Preflop call is the worst you can do here. Just raise and put pressure.
As played, call and make a note.

I don't like the call preflop. I would just fold there, I don't like playing OOP with a hand that can be dominated.
Preflop BTN only make a min raise so UTG could have pay with 33 or 77, but those hands should have raise the flop.
I think you're against AK a lot of the time. But its hard to fold honestly..

We cannot just call preflop because there was already a 3bet in there.
As played, river I would call down but in general, the whole hand should have been played differently.

iso the fish pre to like $2. calling is ok but u should prefer to take this kind of hand hu.

as played i hope ur doubt is if u need to jam here. is utg bad enough at this game to ever show up with AK or a boat? given the likelihood of the answer being "yeah, probably" vs the likelihood of him having a worse king (KJs KTs K9s = 3 combos) i guess calling is fine. makes me a little sad though.

Our hand does not play well OOP in a mw pot.

We are out of position, multiway and with off-suit hand. We can't just flat pre flop. it is either fold or 4bet.
As played, call river.

I wanted to ask vengeance77 : will you call anormal open from these positions with your hand?

vs 2x UTG PFR i would 3b, vs this min 3b to 3bb I stand pretty well vs both ranges pre-flop, so call.
On the turn I don't expect anything, that beat me to Check so I snapped river, but it was 77:facepalm: So note was made for this individual=)

That 3bet is min 3bet but it can be fishy move with AA for example, you can't know that you beat both of their ranges. UTG could still re-raise.
You would be playing out of position with off-suit easily dominated hand and it would be multiway. That sounds terrible.
Five guys have already said that calling is not good. What can I do to convince you that you really don't want to just call in this spot

He should treat it as a normal raise/3b. As he is not calling this oop do he should not do it in this particular case.

Calling river all day, the way this hand was played, if you're beat, you're beat my someone that can't get value out of their hand. Would take a note, feel good and move on to the next one
