I think cbet is not needed on this flop because it won't generate much fold equity and this flop might hit villain a bit better. But AK is definitely strong enough to call one street.

I think I would call up to pot size and if villain overbets I would have to start thinking if it is a valuebet of a bluff because I skipped a cbet :f_biggrin:
But yea you just check call here. Cbetting is not bad but I feel like checking is better and we have to protect our checking range against stabs and this hand is good for that.

In fact cbetting is not good.This board misses the UTG range.

When you open raise from UTG position your range is most likely 55+, a lot of broadway cards and some suited connectors. So your range doesn't hit this low board so hard and villain probably knows this. So that is why we don't have so much fold equity.

Besides what everybody else already said, I think you could open-raise bigger from UTG, at least 4bb, perhaps 5?
