"Unfortunately customer service cannot help you in this situation. If you have not received your prize from the Gemstone promotion you need to ask Pokerstrategy to deal with their respective representative at Party Poker (an affiliate manager). I am totally confused now. Who is an affiliate manager? How do these promo signups work? I thought as we are signed through PS, Party gets rake from us and gives PS a part of it for bringing us to the site. Now in this promo PS gives a part (gemstones) of that part back to the players. Can someone explain how money flows in such a promo and who is responsible for this uncomfortable situation?
Received my gemstone payments on my Party account. Hope the others got their money too.

Let me highlight once again the fact that the delay was not caused on purpose by 1 person or a group. It was a combination of the reporting system, data integration, checks, and also some holidays/weekends that unfortunately made the waiting period too long.
We will do our best; and so will partypoker, to avoid similar situations in case of future payouts.

Solved my own problem. Don't trust your tracker numbers for rake paid on iPoker.
Rather contact support and ask how many VIP points you have acquired, and figure out your monthly rake paid from there.
I had tracker saying I paid ~4000€ in rake, while in reality that number was ~2500€

PStrategy held hundreds of such promos and always paid the players, be it with an uncomfortable and unplanned wait like the last one. People shouldn't get fired for every single slip up that happens + do you really expect them as a company to publicly share such info?!
Another thing is this money is essentially rakeback. Sorry if I am harsh towards you, but you need to wake up. The wonderful world of lucrative rewards for grinders is coming to an end, in few years from now, even deals like this one will be a RARITY. So be happy you got these few hundred bucks and move on.
In fact I'll be very happy when that happens, and I am happy Stars is starting to remove breakeven supernovas etc because it will make us passionate about poker want to improve more and get better.
No one should make a living in poker by being a breakeven player. Not saying you personally are but I am irritated with the overall tone of exaggerated self worth by the grinding poker players. It does us no good in the long run.
