I have a second Bankroll opportunity .
But I have to choose William Hill or Partypoker.I am beginner yet in Poker.(~1 year)
Partypoker might be easier ,because in my Country william hill is vorbidden.But when you say there are more Fishes then I could use some kind of Proxy(VPN).
I would like to ask,which one is better for me?

Definitely go for whatever is legal.
Even if you could figure out how to play on WH, getting caught means you forfeit your bankroll, and there goes all your winnings.

I joined party in February and have had a generally positive experience. Their support can be a little slow but my queries have all been resolved to my satisfaction.
I haven't withdrawn or even verified at this stage so I can't comment on those topics.
There is good traffic at most limits during peak periods and they have a pretty good MTT schedule.
There is also the Summer of Grind promotion to consider.

Party has good software, fun missions and is overall a nice place to play on.
Is all iPoker-skins banned in your country? The other sites (NetBet, Coral, Titan and so on) are pretty much the same.
