Weekend Series of Poker 1

Congratulations to zakkaz, AndisR1, Rihard4a, cantwinX and juanka_dth on their respective tournament wins in the opening day of the PokerStrategy.com Weekend Series of Poker.

Starting in just two and a half hours time is the second day of this series with the $2.20 "Marathon event". This event features a $10 bounty on forum moderator SDK1987.

The other tournament featuring a bounty is the last tournament of the day the $1.10 Heads-up Hyper-Turbo event. If you manage to knockout PokerStrategy.com Editor BarryCarter (DaveShoelace) you will a copy of the Mental Game of Poker 1 or 2.

In between these two events are two more tournaments - a $0.55 Fixed Limit Holdem event and a $0.27 1R1A event.

20:30 CEST - $0.27 - Rebuy [1R1A] NLHE
20:45 CEST - $1.10 - Heads-up Hyper Turbo

86 PokerStrategists graced the felt for the first 2 days of our Weekend Series of Poker and there have been some extraordinary efforts.

- zakkkaz for being a one man wrecking ball over the 1st 2 days.
- Rihard4a for his Day 1 performance.
- Malendes for his Day 2 performance (inc. 2 ships)
- LemOn36 for his superb and very entertaining stream
- The Kickoff for the longest bubble ever (according to LemOn)

From a personal point of view, I have enjoyed the series tremendously and am already looking forward to next weeks bumper events.

I have to say i enjoyed both days, day 1 was great with Lemons stream day 2 i enjoyed alot while talking with the other players at my tables , now i just need to learn play tournaments and avoid lucky fishes (Malendes) that cant lose as big underdogs

Question: How are the TLB Points calculated?

Happy with the first weekend. Lem0n was really great on the first night with his stream and the turnout was pretty good (although I had expected a little more) but we are competing with the Euros and the summer season also.

Cannot for the life of me stay ahead on the tables but hopefully that will turn around next weekend in time for the Highroller and the Main Event.

Would appreciate as much feedback as possible from club members so we can make an even better series the next time!

TLB is calculated automatically by PokerStars... not exactly sure how the calculations are worked. There is probably something mentioned on their website somewhere.
