Without any information I wouldn’t stack of with TT with a 3bet in front on me with my 40bb stack and make a tight fold. I expect you will flip in best case and you are most of the time dominated.

Very beginning of the tournament, if no reads that this is a maniac or loose gambler w 3-bet, then fold; Still showing JJ+, AKo+.

You can't judge any furthermore, that is a leak: "Ah, damn I would win this one.." You can't cold call, because in a long run it would be huge -EV; In similar spots consider about show/fold basis on opponents range;

And also you reduce dispersion influence; So all above, yes it's good lay down. There will be other nice spots!

I would always Cbet the flop with AA to protect my hand and fold on a shove. Now you are changing your hand in a bluff with a check/raise all-inn.

You have to cbet here, you can get called by so many worse hands, draws, TT+, some combo straight + FD
If you cbet and get shoved on then you're in a tricky spot, and your decision will depend on how loose the villian has been
