Hey, the January-March iPoker Gemstones were paid out in April.

After logging in I can no longer see the value of gemstones I earned April-June. Error or?

Hey zvonjimir, the Gemstone widget on the home page has been removed. You can see your StrategyPoints for this and previous month in your profile. Based on this you can calculate the Gemstones earned. If you would like to know how many SPs you've earned in April, please contact our support. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you have any info on the payment of Party gemstones for the April-June period? Can we expect it in the 2nd half of July or is it more probable it will be the month of August?

The payout should be around mid July. It all depends when we receive full data. As soon as we get it, your accounts will be credited with they money earned.

What is really annoying that I collected in April more than 18K sp's and in Maj 7300 (but two day's were missing) and now it say's that
I collected just 13K on April and around 5K in Maj. So According my calculation I will get just the half of my gemstones. What is nonsense, It was on the corner on the page for 2 months that I collected the gemstones. I didn't use the tracker for all the time during the promotion so I calculated by the PS gemstone's and strategy points. It's totally unacceptable and its misleading. In the promotion was that If I collect 2500 Sp's I will get one green and after 7500 Sp's one red stone.
Any one else who suffering with the same problem?

according to the information I have, we have received faulty reports from Betfair Poker which resulted in assigning too many StategyPoints. This has now been fixed and some StrategyPoints have been removed. If you believe the amount is incorrect, please continue speak to our support and include the relevant screenshots.

Gemstones have been paid on partypoker and Betfair poker, the rest will follow shortly. Money will appear in your poker room balance, not TaF.

LorD231984, all payments have been requested - now it's up to the poker room to send the money to users' accounts (some will do it faster, some slower). Please wait for a bit, bet365 are aware that players are waiting for their rewards
