there was promo mail today deposit with play30, which I did, but I didn't get the additional 20 as stated in email, the support said it is for 1st deposit only which you didn't say in the email....

If support said it was for the first deposit bonus then that's what it was for but did you read the terms and conditions in the email as that would have stated it there.

Have you already received a first depositers bonus because if you did you will not be elligable for another one.
i got email, i deposit before so i think i recevied first depositers bonus and i am from slovenia:)
