does anyone know something on this? is there such a poker game where this takes place? i highly doubt it.

In the games I used to play with my mates as a kid I'd make up rules like this all the time, definitely was EV+ in those days ♦

If someone has pocket aces, other player has kq suited. If the community cards are A,A,J,10,5 where the AJ10 are the same suit as kq then it is possible. So that argument is moot.

In Omaha 4 A's doesn't beat a royal!? Unless you mean 4 of the royal on board and only the 10 in hand so you don't actually have it - as you have to use 2 of your hole cards to make a flush. Then you don't actually hav a royal do you?
