Hi I have a question

when using equilab and I click on the hand range selection it has 2 boxes below the hand chart one is PFR and one is VPIP ..how do these work and what does the result mean for example when I enter say a 21vpip and 18pfr it only leaves 6 highlighted hands is this a cold calling range from that position based on the vpip/pfr I entered or am I misunderstanding it

thanks in advance for any replys

Hi paulpkrward,

The remaining 6 hands would be the hands you just limp.. If your vpip is 21% and you are raising 18%, Equilab tells the bottom 3% that you are not raising. I find that slider pretty useless.
