when I use Holdem Manager are times when my computer restarts...someone has had problems like this

That sounds weird. I haven't heard that HM would have caused computer to crash for anyone. Have you contacted their support already?
HM uses a lot of resources like RAM and CPU. so it may be possible that this causes a restart.
Is it a regular restart or a crash with a bluescreen?
Do you see anything relevant in the Windows event messages?
