KJ flops 2nd pair, turn 2 pair

I don’t think you can raise on 1 street, because you get only action of better and the BTN looks fishy and then it’s also difficult to let him fold an ace.

I don't see passives betting with nothing or a mediocre hand too often (especially when there is an A and K lying) and I don't think he has a good fd or a fd in general OTF (again with Ad on the board) they 90/10 play it passive/aggro that is why I would more often make a tight fold OTF.
As played, considering what I have said in the previous paragraph, OTT c/r for value and then shoving the remaining 1k OTR looks legit to me (25% credit). Leading out most likely lets you to get 1 more street of value since he may decide to check when a third dimond comes and you loose value. It also protects you from runner-runner fd and I would play 65% by betting myself here. I would call less often against a passive (in 10% may be) coz I think this type of players has a good capability of calling with worse and we don't need to keep his range wide and wait for his bluffs.

If you would raise the turn this will be all-inn and then you will isolate yourself against better.
It would be bad for him to call with only top pair or so.

Thats what I thought at the time, its just his small bet looks so weak that I thought he didn't have the flush and probably just has an A
