Preflop just check. No need to raise. You can raise only if he is limp/folding much.
Postflop is ok.

I don't see any problems in betting the turn. I just don't like to bet every turn with a draw. But you can bet and sometimes you can check IMO.

I think you have to bet river after the flush completes. I would also call his min-raise.

If you build bluff ranges from below, starting with those hands with the most outs and poorest showdown value (a mathematically provably good strategy), then this is one of the hands to go in first. No showdown value, umpty-seven outs. As far as the board goes, you might shake a tight player off an overpair if stacks are deep. If he's drawing and calling, you are probably drawing stronger.

When deciding of preflop isoraise, we don't want to look just how much does villain limp/fold, we also want to check his fold vs flop/turn/river cbet stat. If he folds alot postflop, then we can isolate him wider. This hand is close between checking and raising imo. Postflop is totally fine imo. We have a monster draw + turn K might be a scare card.

We do not need to raise preflop. Postflop I like it as played.

About the preflop raise: Even if he would fold to a raise often enough for us to autoprofit, it doesn't mean we should do it because playing IP with speculative hand vs fish can be more lucrative. It is up tp you and your assessment of your own postflop abilities.
