Hi,

Have noticed that I suffer with not betting on the flop and this seems to be one of this spots.
The player is pretty aggressive with 34/25, 3-bet 16.7, went to showdown : 60%. What line would you follow against him on this board?
We are 3 before the money.

Cbetting seems pretty standard in a spot like this, but as played I don’t think a delayed Cbet isn’t bad either with 2 aces on this board. The river is tricky, because I don’t think he would change his hand in a bluff and that’s the only thing you can beat I think and I would fold here.

Cheers,

Depends of how we are imaged by V; Would standard C-bet in less aggressive player; Inclined to Pot-Conrol against such players, (because usually they lasting on 1 bet and then we have to fire again or check and brace river bet);

Now, the way it played: Agreed about your choice, and now we face really small raise OTR vs. we rarely ahead, but price is so right, that we have to call; But then again, most of the time we smashed so I don't mind a fold!

I would play same till river.
Vs raise on river i think we are loosing almost always. I don't see players in 5+R bluffing there.
I don't think there is enough missed draws, some but 1)he might not have in his preflop range 78/76 for streight draws 2)To be fair sometimes he might turn them into bluff on river after calling turn but don't seeing that often in theses games. So you are hoping him having airball floated turn what he now turn into bluff or him value raising JJ/tt on river now what both seem very unlikely.
To be fair there is some scenarios we counted out where he might bluff/value raise worse river but they all seem not very likely.
In 5+R games, would def fold river.
