Heads up. C-betting the flop

I'm not a very good heads-up and I don't play (near) NL100, but I think we can cbet the flop with two overs and a backdoor. We can barrel any club and J+ OTT imo and sometimes we would have to be prepared to bluff the river.

Not much FE, we can skip the cbet.

I would not bet this flop. Not that it hits villain but you get many calls from strong Ax and pp

I agree with you. Also I'm out of position and don't want to buid a big pot.

There's no easy yes/no answer. What is needed is a plan for the whole hand. Checking an calling can be a horrible play versus some opponents. Versus those, checking and folding or betting and folding is way better. Others are more likely to check behind either on the flop or on the turn. Versus these, you can think about checking and calling. If you do check and call on a regular basis, you simply have to check some good hands as well. People have eyes to see with and sometimes use them at NL100+.
