I only have one question about these kind of hands. Should I raise the flop here? I have the feeling I'm putting my hand face up.
What if the T was for example an A?

You should be raising flops with sets. When you hit a set you usually want to get as much money in as possible. Now the board is quite connected and 2 guys seem to be interested in it so I think raising is fine. If that T was Ah, the boar would be more dry and I think we could call here and raise turn.

Yes
Slowplaying is always questionable when heads up. Multiway with action it is not an option. Nobody is going to bluff on turn. They'll bet if they have a hand, but if they have a hand, they'll call a raise.

Slowplaying is always questionable when heads up. Multiway with action it is not an option. Nobody is going to bluff on turn. They'll bet if they have a hand, but if they have a hand, they'll call a raise.

This!

occasionally slowplay could be more profitable in heads up sitation against an aggro who has a lot of bluffs in his range. Specially on dry boards (eg J 7 3 rainbow).

Just asked because I almost never get decent action with my sets when I'm 100bb+ deep.

You have to raise this flop. I wouldn't even try to x/r, I would donk. The board is very connected and multiway, people will cbet less as a bluff. I wouldn't check and risk being checked back by the other players.

If the board were less connected and we were heads up in position, we could slow play our set sometimes, depending on the villain.
