Flop: Hit an overpair. Cbetting for value.

Turn: Very bad card for me. Decided to check and probably call if he bets.

I don't think that there are many hands that are beating you on the river. QQ+ he would most likely 4 bet pre, as well as AK. So because there aren't many Kx in his range. He don't have that many 9x in his range either. There is maybe one combo of T9s that would make sense. So because of that I'm calling here on the river.

He should 4bet QQ+,AK pre. He shouldn't check turn with those hands or any Kx and if he has a 9x he should raise flop or at least bet turn.
I think you could make a valuebet OTR. As played I would call here.
