Should I fold set on flushed turn?

I dont think that here the main point is the completion of the flush draw. Because I think Villain on the BTN doesnt want to play a strong FD pasively, rather by betting it to increase pot and probably to get folds. By thr way from the board texture I dont see a lot of FD in villains range.

Such betting sequence I think practically never will be bluff.

I would probably just call his minraise and check call river. If river pairs I would go broke

this would be a weird line from a reg, but it's hard to find non-bluffs that you beat, so it's more of a way ahead way behind spot - i don't see the point of 3betting.
however, this guy has a broken stack... so that increases the probability of him being fishy and playing his flushdraws by checking the flop. since a flush actually makes more sense here, that still means you shouldn't 3bet.

It is 10 clean outs unless you are drawing dead. Then it is 1.

Now, on turn you should play cautious and according to odds. You can call his raise and do not 3b. Why making the pot bigger?

I would also just call the raise OTT, although I would expect him to bet strong hands (sets included) and flushdraws OTF. It's a weird line from him, but our 3bet seems a bit like an overplay.

Pot odds are 11.53:5.45 - or just 2.1:1. This is not by far adequate for a call (the final one). You need him to be bluffing plenty/mistakenly value raising AK/44 enough to make this a call. You'll have flushes of your own to bluff catch with.
