I would check this flop. BTN will have a lot of suited connectors that give him good draws, he also has pocket pairs and a lot of Tx hands. In a squeezed pot I don't think you have much fold equity on this board + you said yourself that his f2cbet is low. So why pump the pot with A high and 6 outs?
Turn and river are fine.

Calling a preflop raise with Tx?

I think villain may have hit the flop with the portion of his range 77-TT. But it was played fine, with top pair top kicker and two pair on the river imo.

BTN will defend quite wide range by calling imo. He has ATs,KTs,QTs,JTs,TT, maybe even T9s.

What is the button exactly defending? Does he post the blinds now?

He defends his own call? When we face a raise pre flop we have 3 options: folding, calling and raising. Calling and raising I would call defending regardless of the position.
The fact that this is a squeeze, not 3bet, might affect BTN's calling range but I see ATs,KTs,QTs and JTs as plausible calls. He can't fold or raise 100% of his range here and those hands are decent when he is IP.

I....would only add JTs to his calling range from your range estimate..but of course he could call wider, could hold more hands from your range estimate.

Normally you should. A turn raise at this level is a monster. But it depends on what you think he has.

Without good info I think it should be folded. Villain might have some combodraws that could shove turn but he has more other strong hands, like 2 pair, sets.
