Hey Asimos!
Following your blog, watching your videos. Very nice graphs and results, well done!! I'd like to ask you, how much do you think balancing is important at those limits? I mean I obviously don't see your stats but if you look at yours, are you exploitable? Mean mainly basic stats like Fto 4bet, Fto5bet, Fto cbet in "sr" pot and "3bet" pot ... because I think some people over estimate these importance and you've sure gotta find the way to improve your stats constantly and try not to be exploitable but this isn't the first thing you should care about.
They obviosly are important but what is your opinion about it?

thanks

The most important thing is to know your image and how to adapt vs the particular opponent.

Vs the fish we don't care how our stats look like. Vs bad regs our stats shouldn't look balanced either, as a result of exploiting their leaks. Vs good regs we should be aware of our image and adapt accordingly.

However, the last doesn't mean that our stats should be extremes (at least the basic ones). For example, we make an extreme adaption vs one type of player (i.e. over folding the flop).. but the opposite extreme adaption vs the other (i.e. over calling the flop)...=> our fold vs flop cbet looks balanced or a reasonable number at least.

As you move up, your stats will tend to be naturally balanced, as good players are larger portion of the pool... that is on average you should play more often close to a balanced game.

I see, thanks for your answer. I am aware of these, my question was more like if you care so much about it, or you don't mind if the Fto4bet stats a bit higher then they should be in some positions or let's say the FoldtoCbet stats on one street or two. I am asking because many 10bb/100 regs are actually exploitable somewhere yet they are the biggest winners ... so in my opiniion it's importance is overestimated and gotta do what works, not aiming to be completely unexploitable. I talk about NL50 now, I don't know how it is at higher limits, this is why I am asking you, because you play those limits.
Anyway, thanks again and good luck at the tables!

Keep your red line funny and let the coolers go f off :f_drink::f_drink:

I am just fing them post flop...

I am getting all kind of pre-flop coolers lately, my KK vs AA almost 100%, AK vs KK-AA etc... that is my blue line suffers...

but my new style, at 200nl zoom, turned the red line to the correct direction :) Let's see what happens :f_drink::f_drink::f_drink:

ps Those who say that positive red line style is less variance affected probably are correct... during your bad days you can still survive with smaller loses :f_drink::f_drink::f_cool:

Well, this secret is a very well hidden one among the best poker players...I risk my life if I reveal it in public!!!
Joking :) :f_biggrin::f_biggrin:

But it's not one thing you can look and decide to bluff or not...also it would be over over simplifying and misleading to say that results come bc of bluffing...

You need to have a very good solid game plan... and learn how to adapt to the particular opponent, field and stake, either by bluffing, either by bluff catching, either by thin value betting etc

56dd, 45dd, T7s, T8s, T9s, JTs?

I think you have a lot of Tx defending there, some 2nd pair turned FDs that go bluffing, maybe A4 turned into bluff. I think if you are relatively aggressive he is gonna have a really hard time folding QTS there? (He is also pretty high up his range on that board with QTs no?) Seems quite standard to me, or am I wrong?

I don't call all those necessarily vs mp (preflop)...and it's not like I go crazy w Tx w low kicker either...but whatever😁

Stupid counter-question to "What I raise bluff the turn to bluff shove the river with?" - your question implies that you do in fact not bluff shove the river here.
Buuut - this tells me that a smart opponent should know/read that, too. So, wouldn't it be smart to always have an appropriate Bluffing range? Otherwise QTo has an easy fold when it is always beat...

Well, in theory all these apply... that is why a gto guy calls :)

Regarding me having bluffs here... it's kind of tough in practice, unless of some backdoor flush-draws w over-cards... but even if I check-raise with those on the turn (which can or cannot be the case), when he calls the turn is hard for me to try and make him fold Tx or better on the river. Maybe if he calls the turn with JJ+ would make sense for me to bluff the river with busted backdoor flush draws ... but too many ifs :)

I also don't necessarily want to raise with my Tx, cause villain's range is strong -- Tx with good kicker mostly. So, I don't have in practice many value combos too...That is probably he can fold QT, and call KT,AT and full houses (not exact calculation here).

But turn for him is a call I guess, cause he is folding overpairs and you are bluffraising turns I assume at those limits.
