Hey back!
1) You don't need but its useful to have. Tournaments total player - number of games played. ChipsEV/Tourney - By Expected Value how many chips per tourney I win which then translates into next stat. EV ROI - Expected value return on investment, take number of games and multiply by buy in (15$) and then this % and that is expected winnings pre RB. ROI % - How I am running currently with return on investment, nice for comparing with EV ROI. ITM - In the money, always good to have in order to evaluate sessions and days, very low ITMs likely variance, very high also upswings etc. Net won - how much money is lost or won pre RB.
2) I 4 table for past 5-6 months and it is natural for me. Considering to add more to test how that would affect the overall hourly.

If you are referring to actual lines on the graph then its nice to check showdown and non showdown winnings. Red line can and should be aimed to be positive (my personal preference and style) as well as blue line (this one most people naturally have positive). Net expected chips shows you how many chips I should have won on such number of hands and then chips won shows how much did I actually win.

Thanks for following :)

Day 4
3.97 hours grind

Graph:

Spoiler

Profit total so far: 565$ + 110$ RB= 675$
Target profit: 5000$

Very quick update since I need to get up early and train tomorrow and its already 1am.
Grind went excellent today but my HUD stopped working in last 2 sessions. I also noticed that my PT4 db is not working correctly in relation to my Stars cashier. I cashed in 105$ in RB since I started playing under stake and PT4 shows that I won 105$ less then I actually have money in my cashier. Very weird and unexpected, surprised me in a positive way of course. I hope it will get back to working properly and update somehow correct amount.
4 sessions today due to meeting with a friend for 2.5 hours then hanging out with my dad and finally talking to a friend over skype. So 4 grind sessions + 1 music lesson. Very awesome day.

Tomorrow/today starts a new week. I will go for 35 hours of grind with same amount of focus and GTO approach as much as possible.

Day 5
3.15 hours grind

Graph:

Spoiler

Profit total so far: 690$ + 105$ RB= 795$
Target profit: 5000$

OK, I need to update several key things for today.
Training and weight loss: I am down from 82.5kg which I gained in past week due to tons of candy eating on 3 out of 7 days to 80.6kg. So my weight is cool. Training went well, completed it in 20:20 minutes. Tomorrow/today, will have strength type training which I look forward to and need to hit the bed soon.

Poker: Grinded 2 sessions in the morning and won about 240$ pre RB from which 10 buy ins (150$) came from winning 10x. In the afternoon completed 1st profit split while in stake. I was up 915$ post RB from which 250 euro went to my friend and 572.10 euro to me. So in that sense I am very happy and thrilled about the fact that in 5 days I saved almost 20% of money intended. In the afternoon ate a lot of candy which was bad for my body and then hit bed early! Woke up around 11:30pm and decided to grind another session during which I played well again but this time lost 120$ or 8 buy ins. No big deal, I am very pleased with my playing and how everything is going, great things will follow no doubt.

Studying: Before I started stake with a friend, I literally spent less than 20 minutes reviewing things that I learned while playing CG in regards to GTO and range vs range post flop. That small little study session improved my red line tremendously and increased my win rate exponentially. During 16 hours of playing under stake my cEV is a bit over 70 which is very nice. Also, I am strongly considering to invest in near future in my poker education but not through stable but rather to continue studying and improving on my own to increase that hourly by 2x or more in 2017 - depending on how everything goes by the end of this year, that could be one of the goals in 2017 (constant systematic study with emphasis on improving and increasing win rate through 15s and 30s). To do that, I need about 250$ to save extra for additional software which I will strongly consider to add by the end of the year with other 3 top priorities (friends loan, Thailand and my future BR).

For the end of the update, I will share 2 graphs from beginning of the stake so far and 3rd session tonight.

3rd Session:

Since beginning of the stake:

Spoiler

Tomorrow 2 sessions in the morning (standard and habit already), training, eating right without heavy candy intake :) and remaining of the day going for 3 additional sessions. Will consider adding another extra session to make up slowly for almost 2 hours of grind not made today!
Enjoy your week on and off the tables.

Day 6
6.23 hours grind

Graph:

Spoiler

Profit total so far: 975$ + 185$ RB= 1160$
Target profit: 5000$

Quite interesting day both on and off the tables.
Training today started awesome but I pulled muscle in my back half way through it. Stopped the training 20-30 minutes earlier and got exercise to do at home (which I did tonight) to relax that part of the back so that I can get back to training on Thursday.
Grinding was standard. Couple of sessions going smooth and then more then half of them just with setups pre flop in HU. I did end up in profit thanks to winning 4x and 6x games but overall ITM was lower due to setups + had couple of troubling spots in HU where I should have played differently (this definitely is something that I will work and improve). Another positive thing is that today I cleared 80$ of bonuses or rake back. Also, grinded 6 sessions for total of 6.23 hours. Will go for 6 sessions as often as possible in order to keep 5 hours per day average.
Finally, another profit split finished today. So from previous 915$ split 70-30, tonight split 245$ more. Now I have 812$ from 3500$ planed which is awesome when I take into account that I grinded 22 or so hours in 5.5 days of grinding.

Tomorrow day off from training but I will teach in the evening and also have couple of important things to do at home with my setup. Will go for 5 sessions, if I feel rested in the late evening will add 6th session as well.

Today's grind dropped cEV (tons of setups) so now cEV during stake is 57. I am positive I can get it above 60 during the stake which is something I am aiming for while grinding daily. Also ran some numbers and with this type of grind with cEV above 60 I can easily have 5k$ post RB months with 150 hours of grind - something to aim for steady in 2017 for sure in order to save and invest money.

Enjoy remaining of your week on and off the tables!

Graph:

Spoiler

Profit total so far: 840$ + 225$ RB= 1065$
Target profit: 5000$

Bullet points for today:

Grinded 7 sessions
Variance played significant role today but I did have bad plays also
Played 10x 3 times today, 2 HU's vs fish lost both 1 bad beat (top 2 vs set post flop) and another typical AI spots for shallow stacks
My back is still in pain so I moved tomorrows training
Had coffee with my friend and saw my godfather as well as my brother today

Tomorrow will go for 6 sessions + teach 1 lesson. Idea is to get to 150 hours of grind this month and to do that I need all the days to be similar to one today and yesterday. No rush, just it would be very useful to get into 6 hours grind rhythm for 2017 for money saving and investing mode.

Enjoy your week!

I have 15 minutes before I leave so I wanted to share very useful and powerful concept which can change your life for good.

80-20 principle

This concept and principle basically stands for doing 20% of things that bring 80% of results. You can and should always aim to do this in any area of your life because it leads to simplicity and automation rather then feeling overwhelmed and lost.
I will list some examples of 80-20 and I recommend you do the same for your life and things that you find of value.

Weight Loss 80-20
- Figure out your BMR
- Create calorie deficit
- Track your macros with MyFitnessPal
- Optional: Work out/training of some sort if you want to increase and maintain your muscle definition

Investing 80-20
- Figure out things that over long term bring steady $ (hint: low ROI return, low risk)
- Set up automatic system for investing each month money if possible

Relationships 80-20
- Listen 1st then add value to conversations
- Understand what person you are interacting is all about. Be able to describe him or her with minimum 5 qualities.
- Follow up frequently, maintain and provide value in every interaction possible

Girls 80-20
- Talk and approach a lot of girls, be fearless
- Understand her values and interests, use it in your conversation
- Don't let her step all over you just because she is "hot"
- Challenge her to prove why she is the one worth your attention
- Have fun in the process, make her smile
- Provide attention without seeming needy, spend time with her
- Don't rush sex unless you are (both) just looking for 1 night stand

Poker
- Absolute vs Relative Strength hand concept
- Understand how different flop textures affect your and opponent(s) ranges
- Learn GTO for pre flop and post flop in order to be unexploitable, deviate/adjust strategy based on opponents
- Do DB analysis for your playing limit(s) to figure out tendencies of both regs and recreational players
- Play because through experience you learn a lot as well
- Automate process via quizzes, study partners, HH reviews, video recordings etc

I am leaving you now to think about 80-20 principle/rule/system with hope that you take it and apply it in any area of your life and see results grow immediately.

Haha, if this was easy, my nephews would have never been born, and their mother isn't even hot

It's a downward spiral: less confidence -> more submission to girls -> fewer or worse dates -> even less confidence. It can only be broken by stepping out of the comfort zone or by gaining confidence through other areas of life.

No one said it was easy Tony! :)
I agree with your analysis. It is mostly related to fear of rejection or simply giving up and laziness to most guys. We tend to find excuse not to talk to a girl just to avoid getting rejected or fear of moving forward to unknown and field that we are not masters in yet.
As with anything in life, the more you expose yourself in difficult situations and analyze + work on improve your edges expand.
So applying that idea to woman, approach, talk to them, get comfortable around them like around your family and friends, make fun of them, treat them as human beings not as some magical mystic creatures, have fun in the process genuinly getting to know them, rock their world, turn their games against them, make them work for your time and attention and prove they are truly worth your time. Finally, understand what is that you really want and go for it - don't settle for 2nd place in such spot.

So now you understand I would rather be single, happy and focused on things that I want and have girls and woman in my life trying to get me because right now in my life I can name only 2 semi quality woman for long term relationship and more then that besides the fact that my phone book has over 100 females in it.

Poker update - none.

My godfather's dad passed away last night so today whole day I was out of home, came back less than half an hour home. Tomorrow is funeral and I will likely grind very little to none tomorrow.

I did place live bet on basketball (100$) and won on 1.90 odd 90$ profit which goes directly to me played with my own money which is nice.

Hope your day went emotionally far more better and stable then mine!

Quick update

No poker today again due to things I mentioned in previous updates.
I did however manage to win 190$ on Crvena Zvezda basketball game playing 2 singles for half time and full time handicap in live betting. This profit belongs to me since I bet with my own money which gets me closer to my goal and to have even extra money on top of 3.5k planed.

Tomorrow training planned at noon after 3 days break. Look forward to how my body and back will respond. This week overate every single day with over 1-1.5k calories over my deficit. Expect to gain easily 2 kgs back! Decided to go with it and run it, indulge the whole week to go outside of regular eating and then follow strict under 1500 calories per day intake in next weeks until I reach 77kgs. Since there is 12-13 weeks before Thailand I have more then enough time to drop 3-5kgs!

Enjoy your weekend!

Key things to update

- No poker for 4 days
- Today got very sick. Shaking at home lying in bed with temperature and fever.
- Very likely got food or Rakija poisoning. If I don't feel good tomorrow I will go to doctors.
- Crushed training on Saturday, my back recovered but rescheduled tomorrows training due to sickness.

I hope to get back in shape soon so that I can resume my 5-6 sessions daily grind with teaching.
Death of my godfathers dad really shock me up emotionally. Still having trouble to get over it.

Enjoy your October.

Appreciate good wishes buddy! I feel much better today thanks to tea and sleeping. Probably slept around 16 hours in past 24h which is why I feel more energized now. My stomach is still not good so I will continue to monitor and take care of it. My next workout will be on Thursday since my Sensei won't be able to do it tomorrow and on Wednesday we have day off always. There is close to 14 weeks before I leave for Thailand and I will aim to drop another 5kgs in such period while putting emphasis to work out at home during that winter time (pull ups, push ups, dips and such exercises).

I like Rakija and actually grown to like it more then beer. I used to be huge on beer, everywhere I went I had to try their beer and then would drink 10 bottles of it. Rakija is much stronger and it puts me in a different mood in comparison to beer + it has less calories so when watching your calorie intake it is easier not to over drink with Rakija vs Beer consumption. Also, day after when you wake up, hangover practically doesn't exist vs when you have beer you wake up like someone smashed your skull hard.

I am home now and will try to put 1 session in. There is a lot of outside of poker things today going on simultaneously and I am choosing to react to things life brings to me rather then prioritize poker grind steady $. The reason is simple. I understand very well what my godfather is going through and I want to be there to help him feel accepted, better with me someone that he can feel natural and himself any time of the day. This of course affects my poker priorities greatly because it literally works like this: My godfather whenever he calls me I am there. That means in the middle of the session I would finish 4 tables and head out to meet him without regard to time that we will meet or spend together.

Lets see anyways today, its new week, I already have close to 1k euro saved of my own money including the stake with my very good friend. 13-14 weeks is more then enough time to make another 4k, it will all work out I am positive very likely before 1st of December as I plan to continue my grind 5-6 sessions through out whole November.

Spoiler

Profit total so far: 855$ + 225$ RB= 1080$
Target profit: 5000$

Bullet points for today

* 3 grind sessions
* Spent time with my dad and my godfather
* Recovered well thanks to lots of sleeping and sweating

Right now in 13 days only 32 hours of grind. Unacceptable. Considering that on 13th I started late night to grind + that I didn't grind for 4-5 full days due to everything that happened recently, it is somewhat OK and acceptable. Still, not grinding works against me. I want to finish and reach 5k by the end of November if possible within 200 hours of grind. There is whole week left, 6 days actually to grind. With 5 hours daily grind I can hit before 1st of December those 200 hours and with 25$ post RB hourly expect to finish it all. On top of that, I am playing better then before, testing and working on new strategy (improved), feel good and in control during every session which is very nice.

No training until Monday so I will invest myself in grinding steady.

New concept for updates

Bullet points
I will aim to use 5 bullet points each time I update. Each bullet point will focus on different area. Examples for areas will be : 1) Poker (grind, studying, mental game etc) 2) Working out (PRs and such) as well as Weight loss (might use separate for this) 3) Teaching (both music and poker) 4) Relationships 5) Fun fact for the day (random things I find of interest to me like Partizan Belgrade playing cup game and winning today 2-0 for example)

This concept is something that I saw Tim Ferriss use and I like it a lot. It will keep blog even more organized and all the readers and followers will get used to it fairly soon. When there is less or more activity then those 5 areas I will aim to adjust as it happens but overall this will be the main road and system to update and track all those areas as well as plans in regards to it.

That is all for this update. Frequency of future updates will vary and I will do my best to do 1 per day as long as there is grinding going on each of the days!

Quick update

This sick session required update on its own.
Played close to my best, made couple of mistakes only, had nice runs but most importantly strategy wise adjusted really well on places that I was not adjusting my ranges according to player field and tendencies.
Result is astonishing thanks to variance of course, getting a lot of 4x and 6x games and winning them.

Graph:

Did another split with my friend and now I start with 100 buy ins again and so far have profited 1545$ (post RB) and made 1081.5$ for myself and 463.5$ for my friend! Another 3455$ left to make to complete everything planed!

Now heading back to tables, will grind more and do update with bullet points at the end of the day.
