Villain is calling preflop squeeze, so he may not be strong. I thing strongest preflop is JJ.
He has 2P+ possibilities...
Calls squeeze with AKo, QQ-22, AQs-A2s, KQs-KTs, QJs-QTs, JTs-J9s
Calls flop with AKo, QQ-JJ, 88-77, ATs-A9s, KTs-K9s, QTs, JTs J9s
Any hand whatsoever has a mandatory river bet if river is any :club:, any :8x:, and possibly 
or any 
peel off. That's not 15%, and it doesn't matter whether they hit or not. your hand is face up and calling will be difficult.
If you were evaluating an actual river with any of those cards you'd simply say "there's a 4-flush/4-straight on board. Check and fold." Right?:)
As I wrote in OP, either bet bigger flop and go AI on turn (not enough money for two bets + scary remaining stack), or if you bet smaller, simply check and fold (or maybe check-raise AI).
