Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♠: Q♥:
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.25, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.80, BTN calls $0.55
Standard 3bet
Flop: ($1.65) 5♠: 3♠: 4♥: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.52, BTN calls $0.52
I think this flop actually hits my bluff 3bet range harder than it hits villains flatting range. If I bet big he might fold some overcards and some pockets (maybe) so I choose to bet 1/3 here. I block some flushes so I'm not too scared of them.
Turn: ($2.69) 8♣: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.28, BTN calls $1.28
Okay so he called OTF. Turn might have improved his hand a bit but overall I think I'm ahead. Some draws are possible and some pocket pairs will continue calling so decided to bet again. This time I wasn't sure how much I should bet...
River: ($5.25) K♦: (2 players)
Hero bets $1.65, BTN calls $1.65
It is not fun to see a king but how many Kx he will really call flop and turn? I would say not that many, if any. I made a thin valuebet and my goal was to target pocket pairs. It also works as a block bet because I don't want to get bluffed by missed draws. Also if I check and villain bets I might tell myself he doesn't have any kings and call anyway so I wanted to choose the betsize myself.

Spoiler
$8.55 pot ($0.38 rake)
Final Board: 5♠: 3♠: 4♥: 8♣: K♦:
Hero showed Q♠: Q♥: and lost (-$4.25 net)
BTN showed J♠: K♠: and won $8.17 ($3.92 net)
I guess the main question here is the bet sizes and river line. What do you think?
