Hit set OTF, too aggressive?

I think it's ok as played. Call is not a very good option on this board - it's very draw heavy and you don't want to see any heart or broadway card on the turn. And if your opponent has an ace, a lot of turn cards could scare him and kill all the action. So you've played it ok, villain just didn't hit this board.

The actual theory is puting this hand as quite the very best to x/r on that spot, so way to go dude ♠_thumbsup:

1. you have 6 outs to kill anything he can make , so you have less to protect
and the draws in his range are few,
2. when you raise to 45 he has 65 left , is the flop and you force him to put 30 (half of what he has left) to see the turn, or shove himself with a draw the rest of 65bbs he have

i wouldnt do either

you spoiled a dream flop ( Ace high flop when the opponent bets into your set)

i would either call his 15bb cbet or shove for deception, and hope for the best

Maybe we can fold preflop? I don´t play FR, but it should be tighter than 6max. We also don´t make it profitable with calling this sized bet right? (due to rule of 20 - 7,5*20=150BB stack needed) I think raising on the flop is the right option. Maybe I would make it a bit smaller, because it´s 3bet pot.

It is okay. The only downside is that you are 100% committed and villain can see that. As noted above, sets are good value against draws, so just calling or raising smaller looks okay too. (Just don't fold:f_biggrin:)
