Pre-flop raising with 87s is already thin I think with 1 limper in the pot. I would most likely limp as well with my suited connector.

As played Cbetting against 2 players with middle pair is thin as well. I don’t think you get a better hand to fold and getting value isn’t likely as well and I would check it and her-evaluate the turn.

On the turn I would most likely bet a little bit more for value. If you bet like 27bb you can easy push the river for value.

The river is a complete blank and I think you can still shove for value against the BTN on the NL5 stakes against a fish like him. He can still call with a random ace I think

Cheers,

Pre flop I would iso-raise. But you don't have to do it that big when you are in position. Your hand benefits from higher stack to pot ratio so 4bb or maybe even 3bb will do just fine.

I'm not completely sure if check calling with this hand is a very good idea. I would bet very small here. That way you know better where you stand, get some value out of draws, keep the aggression and probably end up paying less in case villain has a better made hand.

OTT I agree with a slightly bigger bet. I think any Ax and FD will call anyway and fish might call with even weaker hands. So calling seems fine to me.

OTR the fish is already all in so no more value from him and I doubt BTN will call our shove with many weaker hands.

I agree with SDK, let us leave isolating limpers with suited connectors to when we move up to higher stakes.

On the river you can raise for value for sure as button appears loose passive.

I wouldn't want to get isolated. And I think it is easier to play vs that fish only than vs one or two more limpers. Also we might take the pot down surprisingly often by iso-raising. Not all fish limp call all the time :)
And if we magically hit strong OTF it would be more difficult to get value in a limped pot, I believe.
So overall I think limping is not the max EV move but it still might be a decent option.

I doubt he could have paid off with an uncompleted draw

Agree. Reads aside, just be happy if you win the pot, so don't raise river. With reads it is different, but isn't that part up to you to judge? It is your opponents:)

I wouldn´t cbet this flop MW. As played, I´d bet T bit bigger (3 more BB for example). I would just call the river, as I don´t believe button would call with worse hand if we shove, but he might call these 22BB...
