Flop:
[ T♠:9♠:A♣: ]
Hero Check
MP Check
Button bets 0.18
MP call 0.18
Hero raise to 0.64
Button fold
MP call
Pot: 1.87

Turn:
T♠:9♠:A♣: [ T♥: ]
MP check
Hero check

River:
T♠:9♠:A♣: T♥: [ 3♥: ]
Hero bet 1.42
MP call
4.70 pot
MP had A♥:Q♦:

I wanted to raise flop because I want to tax flush draws and straight draws more, maybe I should raise bigger/ smaller ? Or should I just call and keep button in the pot ?

I checked turn because I thought I was ahead and hoped he might have some kind of flush or straight draw that got there, I thought he would fold :Ax: with the second ten on board unless he had a ten himself which seemed unlikely.

River seemed a simple value bet

Is my reasoning sound? Should I do something different ?
thanks in advance :f_drink:

bet turn, could get checked raise by a sticky 10! and raise to around 0.80 pre
otherwise looks pretty straight forward for me

yea, I also say its turn bet to charge draws and Ax.

and hoped he might have some kind of flush or straight draw that got there,

did not get what you mean. Draws are not completed on turn and even if they are - by checking you miss value.

I would bet the turn as well against most likely a passive player. You will lose value if you don’t bet and then you can shove most rivers for value as well.

The check on turn is missing value. Just bet.

What I meant was I wanted to give him a free card so that he might get there by the river, but I see now that I should have bet turn, I just thought he might have folded ace-x

I agree with betting OTT.
He might not fold Ax. And if he doesn't have a flush draw and flush happens to hit OTR you won't get calls so likely.
There are also 5 bad cards you don't want to see OTR, any A or T.

There are plenty of hands that can call your turn bet. And there are a lot of cards that can kill the action on river.
So you should bet while there is action.
