I was playing this on my phone so I cant remember exact stacks etc
888poker.es Snap 6max, so its a fast fold game

Hero BB 100BB - 55
UTG folds
UTG+1 raises to 20c
HJ calls
BU call
SB folds
BB calls
Pot is 90c

Flop A♣:5♥:Q♦:
UTG+1 bets 10c, HJ raises to 50c, BU folds
Hero raise or just call?

I dont put UTG+1 on anything strong after a min bet & HJ can often be raising here as he sees the weakness in UTG+1's bet, so best just to call?

I would raise with a set. He will call you with many Ax, or some draws. You might even stack off vs AQ.

I would play for max value here flop is pretty dry we don't fear many cards, call flop, check call turn, check raise river.

Afterwards I was thinking the same I'm only really scared of a J or a K and even then, they arent that scary.
I raised to 1.60 and they both insta folded, I think a check and give them some more rope would have been better.
If it was A♣:Q♣:5♦: I would definitely raise

Yes, if he checks behind turn, bet river. But most of the time if he stops firing on the turn he folds river.
