At NL5 I fold pre unless you have a read he's crazy.
OTF - even when you flop trips are you sure you have the best hand after his 3bet pre?
As played I agree with c/c OTF & OTT
OTR why are we shoving? what worse hands will call? Did he 3bet A2-A6? and we chop with those anyway. Will he call with QQ, KK?

Pre your hand is too often dominated. I would 4bet bluff this as standard but folding would be ok too.
OTF and OTT I think check call is fine.
OTR there are no weaker hands that would call your shove.
