Hi , I just started watching red line rampage. My biggest problem is playing in 3bet pots, catching river bluffs, folding 3bet pre couse all opponents are loose semi agrresive with stats 33/11 and all have 3bet % like4-5.

I would like to construct my personal default opening ranges for micros 6 max and got couple of questions if that's ok 
1) How did people figure out that those percentages for raising first in are ok? How did they actually do it?
EP - 13%
MP - 18%
CO - 27%
BTN - 48%
SB - 36%
2) How do I determine the ratio between high equity hands and speculative hands?
Should it be 1:1? Or can I have like 70% of high equity hands and 30% of speculative hands in my opening range for a certain position?
3) How to determine the borderline between a speculative hand and a high equity hand? Is QJs a speculative hand? Is ATs a high equity?

Hi Worldtraveler, I checked pokerstars webpage and you really can´t use Equilab while playing (which I assume basically means you can´t have running pokerstars client and equilab). So you can use it when your pokerstar client is shut down.
