mp raise, btn reraises, we should fold AQxxds preflop, we are not closing the action, and it would be akward to play it and than the MP has a hand to make a potbet preflop with. so fold preflop.
now that we came to the flop, we cant fold any where. gutshot + flushdraw, 3 way all in. We have enough equity to stack off.

About not closing the action I agree.

When MP check/raise I`m pretty sure he has top set. As BTN mini 3bet preflop I asume he has no AAxx hand as we are blocking A as well, so he most likely has our outs (except whe he might have middle set). With these given cards I have 34% equity , but I need 35,5%.
I barely have the equity to call in this scenarion, but ofcourse I have to think in ranges, so I kinda have this situation break even.

Appreciate your answer, have to improve my game from blinds.

Cold calling 3bets oop is in general a great way to lose money. Where does your supposed money come from? You don't have position, your hand is far behind your opponents range and in 3bet pot your possible postflop edge doesn't really matter.

OTF when you call BTN cbet and MP comes over the top, you've invested already 5.15€ and therefore need less than 30% to go broke here. How did you calculate 35.5 needed equity?
