Will be having Christmas Dinner with son's family, his wife works in the kitchen at a private school, and can she ever cook. I can hardly wait.
Going thru a bad time at the tables now seems like I am always being one upped, just lost with a full house to a four of a kind. My luck has been running this way for last week. Sometimes when these kind of things happen I drop down in playing levels till the run seems to stop or just stop playing for awhile. Eight days before Christmas is as good as anytime to stop playing.
Just made some gingerbread cookies yesterday, which I haven't done in years. Feels good and they came out surprisingly OK too!
