PokerStrategy Points

It's not only you. There is a delay with receiving StrategyPoints from PokerStars since 30/11, it's being dealt with by our team, so the points should be fixed soon and everything will get back to normal. Sorry for inconvenience.

I am also not receiving any SP for playing at Coral Poker.
But I am also having issues with SideKick not recording hands from Coral Poker...

Coral Poker Handhistory is being stored locally.

I also received an email saying the free money will expire if I do not play. I guess that is because it is not tracking my hands properly.
Will my free money expire, even though I am active at Coral?

I think that if some pllayers as me with this delay of points have lost 9 days of a bigger status must have something
I.e or the status after the points till 11 of january or a bigger status this or the other month

I still have an issue with Stars, I've allowed information sharing, my account seems to be correctly tracked, but I haven't received any Strategy points this month.

You can always ask support@starsaccount.com and they will be able to tell you if you are correctly affiliated to us. Also you will only receive SPs from the date Information sharing was allowed.

please be patient, normally Strategy points gets updated after 24-48 hours, sometimes little longer depending on which room,

So hopefully soon your points from your play 28/12 will be updated.
