I can’t see on with poker room you have signed in as normal moderator, but it depends per free money offer how much money you will get. In most cases you will get your free money in 2 business days on the poker room you made your new account on, but with Christmas it could take longer.

If you didn’t receive your money tomorrow I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service and they will help you further.

I expect this helps a little bit, but if you have more questions don’t hesitate to ask them.

I recently signed up here and created a betfair account with the correct code ("PKRREG"). however Im still prompted to "Choose your poker room" (Also getting the pop-up "Reminder: You have an unused offer for a free starting capital etc..." even though I created the account)

You are getting that message because there are a lot of other bonus offers on different rooms you haven't used yet. It doesn't mean anything would be wrong with your new Betfair account. Getting the bonus/free money might take 1-3 business days so stay patient

Didn't get any free money either, but it counts my strategy points. I also wondered: Are SPs capped to 15 per day? I'm playing much more than 5$ fee/day, but I never get more than 15 SP for a day.

Please note that the 1st release is only $1 cash and $7 tickets with another $1 cash and $7 tickets credited for every 250 ClubPoints earned. Package expires after 90 days.

I personally do not know why there is a strategy point cap at 888 but it has been there for a long time. You will gain 15sp/day + the 10sp bonus for every day you gain at least 1sp. That means by playing at 888 you have a monthly SP cap of 750sp. You will get a gold status with 500sp.
If you want to get a platinum status you will have to rake around 500-1000$ per month, depending on room. If you can rake that much, you won't reach the highest status you would get by playing on some other room.
