On average such a DON takes about 10-15 minutes, iPoker has only hyper-turbo DONs. They are very good for people who don´t have much time besides their work and other hobbies but want to do some grinding anyway. After about 20 hands you are already in the push-or-fold-mode, you start with 800 chips and the blinds go up every 2 minutes.

* I should finish my pretty charts and scribbles (push/fold-charts SnG)
* I should do some PLO theory
* I should read the rest of the articles for goldmembers here on Strategy
* I should read the mental game of poker
* I should grind my 80-100 tourneys per week

That´s what I´m doing at the moment. Avira found something, Adaware didn´t find anything, Malwarebytes found some and there´s still some crap left.

But...why PLO theory? I mean, what does it bring you to diversify so much? Should becoming pro in one game not be better than average in 5 games?

I love PLO and use to play PLO-SnGs, MTTs and -DoNs.

Played only 20 DoNs today but took some time to practice with ICM trainer. I get more and more hands right. I make the most mistakes in the SB vs BB. I push too tight (I´m such a nit! :f_ugly:). My todays session went already a bit better, not good but now and then I get a good hand. It can only get better

Okay, I see: two people who do not recommend to do/learn PLO. I think I will do like this: seriously grind my NL Holdem SnGs and when I did my grinding, I allow myself to play a (cheap) PLO tourney just for fun. 
Did session reviews yesterday and found the following leaks in DONs:
*pushing too loose from the BTN
*beeing too tight in the SB
*not adjusting quickly enough to different Villains
and of course there is a long list of mental leaks (shame on me!)
So now I see what I should improve and do better the next time....
today is going the same way. damn the line. playing plo for fun is ok. but studying would take much of your time and the formats are so different that it would be hard not to mix
Alright! You guys convinced me (thanks for that) - PLO just for fun, can learn it later, when I got (hopefully) my nice fat BR. Will mainly focus on SnG/DON.
Brief virus-update (not poker related): My computer is clean now. Had to uninstall Google Chrome, it was full of adware and stuff, redirecting me all the time to some strange sites which were fortunately blocked by Malwarebytes. So I´m using Firefox now and after uninstalling Chrome everything goes normal and my computer is fast again. Hope got rid of everything now!
