How to start? It's tilt. TILT TILT TILT and one more time TILT, dunno what to do. Currently Im a loosing player on 15s (24cev, -900$ in last month), I didnt try 30s, that means no rake back. But still I have a good results on 7s, so maybe it's not so hopeless.
I can give up, or take my sh!t together and fight with that. So I've choosen 2nd option. What does it mean?
- I read a mindset book 'mental edge' and I make a notes of that (I hope to get to 100s page today)
- very often I played after twitch when I was tired, so for this month I made a new plan, where I've devided days for poker and streams,
- I working on my preflop 3way before every session in new way,
- I know how should I analyze every that, but I need more motivation for that.
All my personal life has huge influence for my game: breaking with bf, moving to another place, internet connection problems. When I played 15s I still had ego war in my mind. To be honest Im not sure when I should try again, maybe I will stay one more week on 7s. About book - it's writen by Lechrumski form RunItOnce. The man is from Poland but in April I guess english version of this book will be available. Mostly it's about planing - you can find the answer how to improve the efficiency of your work. After first chapters, I've created new plan for my days and month in general, and every single day before sleep Im planing another day in details.
Now Im reading about goals and motivation, so it's perfect for me in this moment. Unfortunatly there is nothing about ego war, but I will find that one on Ytrer coaching video (grindfest series, it's all episode about tilt).
I had 2 privet coachings with Perez so far, he showes me how should I analyze my hands, how to think about ranges, how make a notes. He put a pressure on repeating every day old notes. As i wrote, I crushed few hands, and then I stopped. I don't know why, but it's a time to strat doing that again (with notes ofc!). The method is very easy - I'm drawing my opponent range in f.eg. equilab and on every street im cutting some hands. Than on river Im moving back to the flop and im askin myself if all that line makes sens. Notes are really importanet here, without then you will forgot all info after 48h. Please, can somebody kick my lazy ass to stat making those basic, super usefull analysis?
On preflop game Im working in similar way - marking ranges in equilab and talking aloud why they looks in that way (not only to remember but also to understand them better).
OK, let's start more optimistic - I have my own place now, fianlly with great internet connection. I just get new computer for streams, so I will play Witcher very soon
After one year of my relationship finally Im going out. I found poledance, what gives me a lot satisfacion and energy. I trained a lot in my life, so I've just skiped first level for beginners, hopefully after this month I will get to semi-advance group. It's so cool, all body has to work, to hold on pole. Even when one lesson takes only 50 minutes, after my first class I couldnt raise my hands
Now I have only bruises on my legs, but luckly no one cares
I fill really happy now (event on downswing) and I'm sharing with that happinest on my snapchat!
