Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A♦ J♦

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, SB raises to 10 BB, fold, Hero calls 7.5 BB

Flop: (21 BB, 2 players) 5♠ J♠ 9♠
SB bets 20.5 BB, Hero calls 20.5 BB

Turn: (62 BB, 2 players) 9♦
SB bets 95.5 BB and is all-in, Hero??

I saw one hand which show that he is capable of barreling good draws. He pots F&T with nuts fd+2oc and shove on Ace river. I guess everybody would recommend to fold this hand, because it is nl5 and he can fast play his made hands and overfolding in such spots it is not a mistake. However, what hands is he expecting me to call after such aggressive play? I don't have QQ+, AK even maybe JJ. It looks like he wants to kick large part of my range with equity Jx, TT, Asx and force me to make a mistake at the same time. What is your bottom calling range in this spot?

I was thinking about not putting nuts flush into his range, because it looks strange for me, but he may still play them in this way basing on his aggro strategy.

Yes, but not many.

He represents an overpair well enough for me to be willing to be bluffed out the one time per year he doesn't have one. Easy fold.

This, while not mumbo-jumbo, is called the Great Overthink. He might simply be (rightly) reasoning that the flop is dangerous. Therefore he pots flop. Not unreasonable. On turn he figures he'll have too little left OTR to ever fold, thus he opts for maximal protection. Not unreasonable.

What is the rock bottom of me calling is more difficult. We do have some QQ (depending on preferences) and some :spade: hands to consider before this one.

I agree that AdJd is a clear fold. I did some simulations and I ended up with AsJx, KsJx as bottom of my calling range against aggro player.

Board is paired and we may not call all fd.

I fold OTT as well. We might try to exploit villain and 4 bet preflop.
