My line would be OTF bet for value, OTT b/f or x/c, OTR x/f

Thank you, for your answer.

We should value bet the flop against hands like: ATo, KTo, QTo, JTo, JJ and may be 99?
But how often does Oponent have that combos, especially KTo, QTo, JTo, 99?
Looks like we can value bet flop mostly vs ATo + JJ and against suited aces (AKs, AJs, A9s, A8s, A7s, A6s, A4s, A3s, A2s), KJs,J9s
But when the third spade (Turn: 3 ) comes on the board should we play bet/fold?

You should bet flop as board is wet and you will get value from weaker hands.

Bet the flop, check/call the turn and check call reasonable bets and fold to big bets on the river.
