Villain is a calling station and usually this is a hand you could go for 3 str. of value. So, you should bet the river also and not let villain to check behind weaker hands.

Id vbet some 1/3 on the river - even though you've got just 12 hands on him he will have proly very high VPIP and will get to the river with lots of wPs etc.
